Helen Campbell

Helen is an experienced development and regeneration professional, having spent 40 years working in the property industry, with a particular focus on housing delivery and complex housing-led regeneration projects across the north east of England.

She has had a number of senior roles within both public sector and private sector organisations including local authorities, an urban regeneration company and a major UK housebuilder.

Helen also has extensive experience of working in partnership with many national and regional housing associations and funding agencies to successfully delivery new, high quality and sustainable affordable homes – often as part of wider community regeneration initiatives.

She has past housing association Board experience, having been a Board Member of a local north east housing association for five years until 2014.
