ALISS, ‘a local information service for Scotland’, is a website you can use to find services, groups and activities for health and wellbeing across Scotland.
ALISS contains information on more than 5000 services from almost 3000 organisations across Scotland.
It was created by the Health and Social Care Alliance and it’s completely free to use.
You can find food banks, addiction services, mental health support services, youth groups, money advice, employability support and much more.
How to use ALISSYou can search ALISS either by postcode – ideal for finding services close to your patch – or by topic or category of support.
For example, to find emergency food (or local services) for your customers on Aliss:
This will list food banks, community meals, pantries and larders. If you click on any of the services shown, it will tell you who runs the service and when it’s open and who can access it.
