How do I apply?

Wheatley Homes South, Riverside Scotland, Home Group and Cunninghame Housing Association operate a Common Housing Register here in Dumfries & Galloway.

This is a single computer-based waiting list which the partners use to register applicants for housing and they operate the same Common Allocation Policy for the allocation of their properties.

Applications for housing are open to people aged 16 and over. Anyone over the age of 60 may also apply for sheltered housing.

We aim to provide affordable and secure accommodation to those in housing need. You don't need to have a local connection to the area in order to qualify for housing

If you are already a Wheatley Homes South tenant and would like to apply for new housing, you will need a My Wheatley Homes South account. Once you are registered for an online account, you can search for homes at Homes4D&G.

If you are not currently a tenant of Wheatley Homes South, you can register for a Homes4D&G account here.

If you are homeless, you should contact Dumfries and Galloway Council who will be able to provide you with assistance. Click homelessness advice for local authority contact details.
