How do I report a repair as a homeowner?
Homeowners should report repairs or other issues about communal areas by telephone on 0800 011 3447 or by email at factoringservice@wheatleyhomes-south.com Our team will get in touch with owners about any work needed and make sure the costs are shared fairly.
How do I make a payment?
Our preferred method of payment is direct debit, however we currently offer other convenient ways to pay;
- Using your Homecard at the Post Office or any Pay Point outlet.
- Online by debit card by visiting https://pay.allpay.net/dumfries/Recipient/Create
- Via the “Pay Rent” portal on our website at www.wheatleyhomes-south.com
