Due to the recent freezing weather, our Customer First Centre has received a high number of calls.
We are aware customers are still trying to get through and we appreciate your patience as we deal with all the calls.
Over the next 48 hours we will focus our resources on emergency repairs.
In the meantime, housing officers are visiting customers to provide any support they can.
