Important update to your online services

At Wheatley Homes South, we’re always looking at ways to improve services for tenants. We will be carrying out improvements to our online services to make it quicker, a better experience to use and to offer even more options.

To allow us to carry out these major changes, we will temporarily close the current online services from Monday 28 March 2022.

You will not be able to access your account to make a payment, request a repair or access services from this date.

Your new online accounts will be available in a few months’ time – we will be in touch when the new online services are available to use.

But don’t worry. While the changes are put in place, you will still be able to:

Pay your rent online:

Pay online by clicking on our payment site.

Remember, you can also pay your rent by Direct Debit.  Once this is set up, your payment will come out of your bank account on a date and at a frequency that suits you.

To set up a Direct Debit, speak to your housing officer or call us on  0800 011 3447.

Report repairs:

Email us at talk@wheatleyhomes-south.com or use our online form.

Book a repair:

Report the repair to the Customer First Centre on 0800 011 3447. You can also email us.

If you need an emergency repair and it is after 6pm or at the weekend you should telephone the emergency repair service on 0800 011 3447.

Request service or support:

Need fuel advice, benefits advice or help signing up to MySavings? Call us on 0800 011 3447, email us or use our online form.

Check your account:

Contact our Customer First Centre on 0800 011 3447. You can also email us.
